Short version; the executed SOW + contract supersede this page.

1. Scope is fixed in writing (chat, ticket, or signed brief). Work starts after mutual sign-off on milestones and acceptance checks.
2. Commercial terms: advance or staged invoices as agreed; late payment pauses work after notice.
3. IP: you receive project-specific deliverables; reusable internal libraries stay with minicorp unless transferred in writing.
4. Changes outside scope need a change request with estimate and timeline before coding.
5. You provide timely access (repos, analytics, design assets) and feedback within agreed windows.
6. Confidentiality: mutual NDA on request; no public case study without your approval.
7. Force majeure and blocking dependencies: we communicate delays in writing and propose a recovery plan.
8. Disputes: good-faith negotiation first; governing law and venue per the signed contract.
